
Rudolfina
This liqueur is the result of a cross between the Moro orange and a clementine, a research project at the University of Catania – the blood clementine is a unique hybrid.
The fruit is only grown on the San Giorgio estate in Sicily and its name is borrowed from the owner’s first name.
The taste of the Moro combines with the fruity sweetness of the clementine to create a unique liqueur.
