Dry Gin
Nose
The first impression of this gin is in its bewildering aroma: it’s fruity.
Orange, lemon, and ginger take the stage by storm.
Palate
But then a chorus of unexpected characters – clove and cardamom – take the spotlight accompanied by the gentle floral notes of lavender and lemon balm.
The spicy aspects of juniper lurk in the wings, of course, but that is to be expected. It’s gin, after all.
Finish
But the long-lasting reverberation is clearly that of the citrus bang and lavender undertones. It is all-too complex to properly put into words. Suffice to say, its 1913 and you’re seeing Stravinsky’s ‘Rite of Spring’ for the first time.

Sloe Gin
Nose
Ripe forest fruits—plum, blackberry, and sloe—interwoven with subtle almond-like nuttiness and a touch of spice. A bittersweet complexity emerges, balanced by a hint of cherry and burnt orange.
Palate
An initial tartness from the fruit, quickly mellowing into rich, juicy berry flavors. Darker, more complex hedgerow notes unfold, rounded by a gentle warmth of ginger and brown sugar.
Finish
A whisper of green leaves lingers, with a refined astringency akin to blackcurrant and a cool, minty lift.
A well made sloe gin with oodles of fruitiness. Perfect for sipping with or without ice, or in a flute topped with sparkling wine.

Aged Gin
Nose
Warm and inviting, with notes of cinnamon and clove alongside juniper, licorice, and coriander. Subtle citrus hints of lemon and orange lift the bouquet, while delicate traces of caramel and dark chocolate—gifts of the mulberry wood barrel—add depth and intrigue.
Palate
Creamy and full-bodied. The three-month aging in freshly toasted mulberry wood brings soft vanilla, gentle spice, and a touch of orange zest, rounding out the classic gin botanicals in a smooth, harmonious expression.
Finish
Long and warming, with lingering spice and a delicate interplay of citrus, wood, and sweet earthiness—reminiscent of a fine bourbon, yet unmistakably gin.
