Apple
The Bohnapfel – a hardy, characterful heirloom variety – grows just a stone’s throw from our distillery at Klingenburg. After distillation, the spirit was aged in chestnut wood, giving it depth and a quiet elegance.
Nose
Subtle fruit notes with fine apple aromas. Beneath that, gentle wood spice, a hint of vanilla, and a delicate trace of honey.
Palate
Elegant and well-balanced. The apple remains present but discreet – carried by mild roasted notes, spicy depth, and a soft warmth.

Distilled from handpicked, fully ripe sour cherries of Serbian origin – matured in fine French oak.

Delicate cherry aromas – velvety, dark, and clear. Subtle vanilla, a hint of almond, and the spicy depth of the wood lend elegance and warmth.
Palate
Soft and well-balanced. Juicy cherry fruit meets expressive oak notes, offering structure without overpowering. Rounded off by vanilla and a gentle touch of caramel.

Williams Pear
Distilled from red Williams pears grown on the sun-drenched slopes of South Tyrol – aged in French oak.

Damson Plum
From late-harvested “house plums” of Franconian orchard meadows – slowly distilled and matured with patience in French oak.

Wild Plum
Zibberli – the Swabian name for wild plums – are a true rarity. No larger than a gumball, with oversized stones and scant flesh, their intense acidity and low sugar make them as challenging as they are rewarding. Grown wild and hand-picked in Upper Swabia, these reddish-violet fruits yield a distillate that is as uncompromising as the land they come from – raw, rare, and deeply expressive.
Nose
Subtle and fine. Gentle notes of plum skin and wild stone fruit, underlined by a hint of bitter almond and a cool, herbal sharpness – rustic and unvarnished.

Dry, clear and unadorned. The fruit reveals itself with piercing precision: tart, elegant and honest. A bold spirit that captures the rugged purity of its origin.
